Modified Preston-Bennett Method for Estimation of Adult Mortality in Developing Countries

This study proposes a modified Preston-Bennett method for the estimation of adult mortality in developing countries. Unlike previous method, proposed derives estimates directly from 5-year age distribution at mid-point inter-censal period.
